Werner started out hands-on, as a welder, electrician, and stage crew, before moving into CEO and board roles. With a passion for events and more than two decades of large-scale production experience, he knows how to guide ideas from concept to reality. A vision-driven leader, he builds strong teams, clear structures, and strategies that keep complex projects on track. At Sherbō, Werner brings the mix of vision and organization needed to turn big plans into unforgettable experiences.
Willem Herbots
Willem adds a vision built on people, processes, and progress. With a background in HR, he developed a strong belief in the importance of clear methodology and human-centered leadership. His experience as Production Manager sharpened his ability to translate complex challenges into structured solutions while keeping people at the center. At Sherbō, he focuses on designing processes that empower teams and create the conditions for sustainable growth.
