Event Production Manager
Sherbō brings structure before chaos begins.
We create living digital twins of event terrain. Through LiDAR scanning and 3D reconstruction, we replace outdated 2D site plans with an interactive environment that organisers, safety coordinators, police and fire services can explore together before build-up starts.
What will you do?
As technical expert you are the engine behind our digital models. You process LiDAR scans into accurate Site Twins, integrate temporary structures and technical installations into a Production Twin, and set up safety layers including evacuation routes, ATEX zones and fire service access points. You create VR walkthroughs so all stakeholders can explore the site before the first structure goes up. You detect clashes and deliver supplier-ready export files.
What are we looking for?
- Experience with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks or equivalent)
- Familiar with point clouds and LiDAR data (ReCap, Leica Cyclone or equivalent)
- Knowledge of 3D coordination and clash detection
- Affinity with event production or temporary infrastructure is a strong plus
- You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders like safety services, organisers and authorities
- Independent, proactive and eager to build something new from the ground up
Bonus points for experience with VR tooling, GPS surveying or the live events industry.
